At Pamo. design, we want you to love every piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
